The invention relates to apparatus and a method to allow the adjustment of a position of an item, such as an antenna of satellite broadcast receiving apparatus so as to allow the elevation and/or azimuth position to be fixed accurately. Adjustment means are provided which have an axis of rotation offset to the centre axis of a body portion of the rotatable member to allow the body portion side walls to act as a cam.
