The invention relates to a piece of clothing, in particular for direct wearing on the skin. The piece of clothing comprises at least two different yarns (1, 2). In a version thereof, the yarn (2), facing the skin, comprises a number of individual filaments (21) collected into one thread. Said yarn has a sealed and smooth surface.
