ABSTRACT This is an apartment or a house exercising stand to accommodate boxing heavy bag, boxing speed balls (2 types) and weights. It enables the use of these boxing equipments especially in an apartment or even house where drilling holes or mounting such equipments (boxing heavy bags, speed balls and weights) are impossible to do. Mounting position and height of the stand are adjustable. It is designed to fit any part of a room. Its indoor use is numerous including the use of bench press for various weight exercises. The J-Stand is of two parts, the standing part where boxing equipments, pulleys (for weights) are mounted and the base with different designs or shapes to fit a part of a room. This stand comes with a bracket to accommodate boxing speed ball frame. The other type of speed ball mounting is shown in the attached picture.
