A release system (100) for treatment of a broken jaw (1000) comprises an upper (160) and lower (120) arch bar conformable to the curvature of the dental arches (1200, 1100). The upper arch bar (160) presents a series of interaligned loops (164) which presents a channel for supporting a release bar (166) extending therethrough. Upon wiring the arch bars to the respective dental arches, the lower arch bar (120) is wired (600) to the release bar (166) so as to immobilize the dental arches and associated jaw. Upon imminent vomiting the user removes the release bar (166) from its channel so as to disengage the release bar wiring (600) from the associated upper arch bar (160). The loop channel supports the release bar (166) so as to prevent kinking and bending of the release bar (166) during wiring and wear.
Cette invention se rapporte à un système de libération (100) utilisé dans le traitement d'une fracture de mâchoire (1000), qui comprend des barres en arcade supérieure (160) et inférieure (120) qui peuvent épouser la courbure des arcades dentaires (1200, 1100). La barre en arcade supérieure (160) présente une série de boucles (164) alignées les unes sur les autres, formant un canal de support pour une barre de libération (166) s'étendant à travers lui.
