A composition for use as a preparation which itself has excellent disintegrability in the right place and which has the excellent ability to release an active ingredient in the digestive tract. The active ingredient and the preparation itself are stable for long. The preparation has excellent producibility and handleability in, e.g., packing into containers. It can be easily taken/swallowed in a sufficient amount necessary for obtaining a physiological effect. The physiological effect can be expected because the active ingredient is rapidly absorbed through the digestive tract. The composition is an easy-release jelly composition containing an emulsified polyvalent unsaturated fatty acid or derivative thereof in an amount exceedingly 10 mass% and further containing an emulsifying agent and a gallant.
La présente invention a pour objet un mélange utilisé dans une préparation subissant une désintégration quasi complète au moment voulu de la digestion, et dotée d~une excellente capacité à libérer un agent actif dans le tube digestif. L~agent actif et la préparation elle-même sont stables sur une longue période de temps. La production et la manipulation de cette préparation sont aisées ; il est par exemple possible de la stocker dans des récipients. Elle peut être facilement prise/avalée en quantité suffisamment importante pour obtenir un effet physiologique. L~effet physiologique est prévisible dans la mesure où l~agent actif est rapidement absorbé à travers le tube digestif. La préparation pour gelée alimentaire à libération rapide ci-décrite contient, en émulsion, un acide gras insaturé polyvalent, ou un dérivé de cet acide gras, dans une proportion supérieure à 10 % en masse. Le mélange contient également un émulsifiant et un gélifiant.
