ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A jewelry device for converting a button of the type including a rear lug with a hole therethrough into an earring or other article of jewelry includes a thin, elongated body with one inverted V-shaped end for insertion into the hole in the button lug and an arm perpendicular to such one end for insertion through a pierced ear or carrying a conventional ear clip for non-pierced ears. The arm can also be inserted into a conventional keeper or catch when the device is to be used for converting the button to a broach, or other article of jewelry.
