Joint prosthesis members, a method for making same and an assembly for placing said prosthesis members are described, wherein the prosthesis member is placed in a joint surface resection and is restricted by a contact surface (C) and an attachment surface (F), mutually connected by a peripheral surface (P) which co-operates with a protruding edge (R) of the resection. An anchor element (A) protrudes into the attachment surface and is received in a corresponding anchoring hole (D).

L'invention concerne des éléments de prothèse articulaire, un procédé de fabrication des prothèses et un ensemble de mise en place desdites prothèses. L'élément de prothèse qui est mis en place dans une resection de la surface articulaire est limité par une surface de contact (C), une surface de fixation (F), ces surfaces étant raccordées par une surface périphérique (P) qui coopère avec un rebord en saillie (R) de la resection. Un élément d'ancrage (A) fait saillie dans la face de fixation et pénètre dans un trou d'ancrage (D) correspondant.
