A wireless communications device may include at least one virtual antenna, and a space-time filter circuit for filtering a communications signal received by the at least one virtual antenna by jointly estimating space-time filter weights and at least one channel impulse response (CIR). The wireless communications device may further include a matched filter circuit downstream from the space-time filter circuit and having a filter response that is provided by a channel impulse response estimation from the space-time filter circuit.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de transmission sans fil qui comprend au moins une antenne virtuelle et un circuit de filtre espace-temps, ce dernier filtrant le signal de transmission reçu par la ou les antennes virtuelles en mettant en oeuvre une estimation combinée des pondérations du filtre espace-temps et d'au moins une réponse impulsionnelle de voie (CIR). Le dispositif de transmission sans fil comprend en outre un circuit à filtre adapté, en aval du circuit de filtre espace-temps, qui reçoit un signal de réponse de filtre produit sur la base de l'estimation de la réponse impulsionnelle de voie provenant du circuit de filtre espace-temps.
