The invention concerns a drying coating material comprising, in weight percentages based on the total weight of coating material, 50 to 85 % of FGD gypsum and/or natural or synthetic gypsum having the following particle size properties: (i) a d50 ranging between 35 and 70 ?m and (ii) a span (d90 - d10/d50) less than 2. The invention also concerns a method for preparing said coating material. The invention further concerns a method for constructing a structure using said coating material.

L'invention a pour objet un enduit de séchage comprenant, en pourcentages massiques rapportés à la masse totale d'enduit, de 50 à 85 % de gypse FGD et/ou de gypse naturel ou de synthèse présentant les caractéristiques granulométriques suivantes: (i) un d50 compris entre 35 et 70~m et (ii) un span (d90 - d10/d50) inférieur à 2. L'invention a aussi pour objet un procédé de préparation de l'enduit selon l'invention. Enfin, l'invention a pour objet un procédé de réalisation d'un ouvrage utilisant cet enduit.
