The invention relates to a jointing device for producing a joint assembly, a push-through jointing method and a push-through joint assembly between a first workpiece (2) and a second workpiece (3). The device has a die (4) that can be introduced into the recess of a swage (5). The first workpiece (2) is pressed from above and is given a pot-shape that presses into the second workpiece (3) and shapes it in a downwards direction without any cutting. The shape of the first workpiece forms an undercut with the second workpiece (3). The peripheral wall of the recess of the device has wall sections (10) that are disposed on levers (11). The levers can be moved into a working position by exerting pressure from above and can be fixed in said position, forming undercut areas. The levers (11) can be moved into a release position by moving the joined workpieces (2,3) in an upward direction, whereby the undercut areas are released entirely.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'aboutage et un procédé pour réaliser un assemblage par aboutage par enchevêtrement d'une pièce (2) et d'une seconde pièce (3). Le dispositif présenté comporte un poinçon (4) qui peut être introduit, depuis le dessus, dans un évidement d'une matrice (5). La première pièce (2) est soumise, depuis le dessus, à un enfoncement qui lui confère une configuration extérieure cupuliforme qui s'imprime dans la seconde pièce (3) et déforme celle-ci vers le bas sans la couper, la configuration extérieure de la première pièce formant une contre-dépouille avec la seconde pièce (3). La paroi périphérique de l'évidement du dispositif présente des sections (10) qui sont disposées sur des leviers (11) qui peuvent être mis dans une position de travail et forment des zones de contre-dépouille. Par un déplacement des pièces (2, 3) aboutées vers le haut, les leviers (11) peuvent être mis dans une position de libération, dans laquelle les zones de contre-dépouille sont complètement libérées.
