JUICE CONCENTRATE MIXING AND DISPENSING APPARATUS ABSTRACT An improved mixing and dispensing apparatus for reconstituting and remixing reconstituted juice concentrate includes a container (9), a spout (31), cap (17) with a skirt (21) and a mixing element (7) with a shaft (33) having a handle (49) at one end and a mixing head (35) at the other end. The mixing head (35) is adapted to displace the liquid substantially radially and non-circularly and only moderately axially relative to the shaft (33) as the shaft is reciprocally displaced axially relative to the cap (17). The container (9) has indicia (13) for indicating the quantity of liquid contained therein. The container (9) generally has a non-circularly shaped cavity which, in cooperation with the mixing head (35), prevents rotational displacement of the mixing head relative to the cavity. Alternatively, a shaft opening (37) in the cap (17) and a cross- sectional profile of the shaft cooperatively prevent relative motion therebetween.
Un appareil amélioré de mélange et de distribution permettant de reconstituer et remélanger un concentré de jus comprend un récipient (9), un bec verseur (31), un couvercle (17) avec une jupe (21) et un élément de mélange (7) avec une tige (33) ayant une poignée (49) à une extrémité et une tête de mélange (35) à l'autre extrémité. La tête de mélange (35) est adaptée pour déplacer le liquide sensiblement radialement et de manière non circulaire et seulement modérément dans le sens axial par rapport à la tige (33) lorsque celle-ci se déplace avec un mouvement de va-et-vient axial par rapport au couvercle (17). Le récipient (9) possède des repères (13) qui indiquent la quantité de liquide se trouvant à l'intérieur. Le récipient (9) possède une cavité de forme non circulaire qui, en coopération avec la tête de mélange (35), empêche le déplacement rotatif de la tête de mélange par rapport à la cavité. Eventuellement, il est prévu une ouverture (37) pour la tige ménagée dans le couvercle (17) ainsi qu'un profile de section transversale de la tige afin d'empêcher la rotation relative entre les deux.
