A juice extractor capable of extracting juice from vegetables, fruits or soymilk from beans is disclosed. The extractor includes a housing having a draff outlet port and a juice outlet port, a screw having an upper rotary shaft inserted in a rotary shaft hole of the housing and a lower rotary shaft with a plurality of screw spirals formed on an outer periphery thereof, and a mesh drum for extracting the juice toward the juice outlet port, and a rotary brush mounted between the housing and the mesh drum and having a brush holder. Various nutrients and intrinsic flavor contained in the vegetables or fruits are maintained to the fullest extent by employing a very low speed screw of a squeezing mode. Also, since the housing accommodating the screw is vertically fixed to an upper portion of a drive unit, the material is automatically moved downward without pressing the material down, and the draff is discharged while squeezing and grinding the materials put in an inlet port.
L'invention concerne un extracteur de jus pouvant extraire du jus de légumes, de fruits ou extraire du lait de soja de graines de soja. L'extracteur comporte un boîtier doté d'un orifice de sortie de la pulpe et un orifice de sortie de jus ; une vis possédant un arbre tournant supérieur introduit dans un trou d'arbre tournant du boîtier et un arbre tournant supérieur possédant une pluralité de filets formés sur une périphérie externe ; un tambour grillagé pour amener le jus vers l'orifice de sortie de jus et une brosse rotative montée entre le boîtier et le tambour grillagé et muni d'un support de brosse. Un maximum des nutriments et des arômes spécifiques aux légumes ou aux fruits est conservé par l'utilisation d'une vis à très basse vitesse du mode de compression. De plus, le boîtier recevant la vis étant fixé verticalement à une partie supérieure d'une unité d'entraînement, les végétaux sont automatiquement poussés vers le bas sans recevoir de pression et la pulpe déchargée pendant la compression et le broyage des végétaux placés dans l'orifice d'entrée.
