The world of baseball at either the Little League or Major League level has always included enthusiastic fans. Good-natured cheering shows support and allows the fans to get behind the players. In many Little-League organizations, it is common practice to put up a "K" every time the pitcher gets a strike-out. This is usually done by having one parent putting up a poster or piece of paper on the fence. This invention has been designed so that individual fans can also get involved. Similar to the custom of "rally caps" (putting up the peak of your baseball cap, putting you baseball cap on inside out) to motivate a team, "K-KAPS" spur the team on. This invention is a new version of a baseball cap. It has been designed for sports fans to keep track of the number of strike-outs for their favorite pitcher or team. Sewn into the front of the cap will be 21 flaps that when opened will each reveal a "K" (baseball symbol for a strike-out). When the flaps are closed the cap will look like a normal baseball cap. Every time a strike-out occurs, a single flap is opened and locked into place, revealing a "K"
