ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Novel ketohydroxyimino derivatives of cephalo- sporins of fomula Image wherein R is an alkyl radical having from 2 to 4 carbon atoms, a phenyl radical or a pentatom heterocyclic radical which may be substituted, and containing as hetetoatom at least one of nitrogen, oxygen and sulphur, R1 is the acetoxy,the carbamoyloxy or an S-heterocyclic group, which may be sub- stituted the heterocyclic ring being a pent- or hex- atom ring containing as heteroatom one or more nitrogen atoms, alone or together with sulphur, and R2 is hydrogen, alkyl or acetyl have useful broad-spectrum antibacterial activity.
