Abstract The invention relates to a key-holder and a case system for keeping it (1) and the purpose of the invention is to provide a case system for keeping keys, in which the keys are kept in proper order and locked to a panel so that an outsider is unable to open the panel but the owner easily opens it. On the back side of the panel a locking system (8-13) is provided which locks the key-holder into its case as the key-holder is being inserted, and opens up the locking by an opening ope- ration of the locking system. The locking system is preferably mechanical, and it is opened by means of a special key. The key-holder (4) is a flat body, the front end of which is re- duced into an angle and comprising a key-ring at its rear end. The key-holder may optionally have interior space for the key. The key-holder comprises a device for locking it into its case (2). Figure 2
