ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An alarm device adapted to be attached to a key ring or the like, a housing having a top, bottom, front and rear walls, the housing being adapted to be attached at its top end to a key ring or the like. Means are disposed in the housing to detect a predetermined attitude of said housing and to produce an output in response to the attitude relative to the attachment, the detection means being triggered at the predetermined attitude upon the bottom wall being rotated substantially above said top wall. Audible alarm means are electrically connected to the output producing means of said detection means for producing an alarm in response to said output and means are disposed in said housing to power said alarm means.
