A deadbolt door lock assembly operates a deadbolt between an unlocked and locked position. It generally comprises an actuator, a ring, and a biasing member. The ring contacts the actuator and rotates it in either a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction to lock the deadbolt. Once the deadbolt is locked, the biasing member urges the ring out of contact with the actuator. In one aspect, the assembly is operable in either the clockwise or counter-clockwise direction without disconnecting the biasing member. In another aspect, the biasing member includes different portions to urge the ring out of contact with the actuator depending on whether ring operation is in a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction. The assembly may include a backstop to indicate rotational direction of the ring to lock the deadbolt. The assembly may also include a stabilizing bridge to inhibit transverse rotation of mounting screws that secure the assembly to a door.
La présente invention a trait à un ensemble de verrouillage de porte à pêne dormant activant un pêne dormant entre une position déverrouillée et une position verrouillée. Il comprend globalement un actionneur, une rondelle, et un organe de sollicitation. La rondelle entre en contact avec l'actionneur et l'entraîne en rotation soit dans le sens horaire ou dans le sens anti-horaire pour verrouiller le pêne dormant. Une fois le pêne dormant verrouillé, l'organe de sollicitation sollicite la rondelle hors de contact avec l'actionneur. Dans un mode de réalisation, l'ensemble est opérable soit dans le sens horaire ou anti-horaire sans déconnecter l'organe de sollicitation. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, l'organe de sollicitation comporte différentes portions pour solliciter la rondelle hors de contact avec l'actionneur selon que le fonctionnement de la rondelle est dans un sens horaire ou anti-horaire. L'ensemble peut comporter une butée arrière pour indiquer la direction de rotation de la rondelle pour le verrouillage du pêne dormant. L'ensemble peut également comporter un pont stabilisateur pour interdire la rotation transversale de vis de montage qui solidarisent l'ensemble à une porte.
