A support base comprising a flat surface having leg members formed therefor engaging links of a chain, and a decorating surface which may be configurated according different designs. A body member is welded approximately in middle of the flat surface and configured therefor receiving a two-wheeled vehicle kickstand to be secured in place for maintaining the two-wheeled vehicle in an upright position when parked on soft surfaces or asphalt.
