A series of four parallel lines printed on paper; utilized as a visual printing aid to assist children who are learning to print. The four parallel lines are stacked one above the other. The lines are configured as follows: the first line is a solid line, the second, a dotted, the third, a solid, and the fourth, a solid. The spaces between each of the lines are an equal distance apart, shaded blue, green and brown respectively (see figure 1). The said colors are used as symbols to represent the sky (blue), grass (green), and dirt (brown). The visual boundaries created by the three colors and the symbolic representations enable children to orient letters to the correct baselines. Possible applications of the said paper include: a therapy tool for children and/or scholastic printing paper. Possible settings where the said paper is applicable include elementary schools and treatment centres.
