This rotation could be used for generation of electricity or any other useful works, like storage of potential energy to be converted in electricity at a more constant pace and when energy is more in demand. It is possible to do that by adding modules of bridge to existing roads, as you can see in the Figures 1 to 7 that are integral part of this filing.
