Abstract With the increasing enviromental polution of God's planet it is nessasary that we devise tools and plans to save this earth. This kit has been invented to stop unforseen polution of major spills of any kind of chemical that cannot be stopped with just shutting off a tap. One example is to stop the flow of a major oil well that is burning out of control as quickly as possible with not only minimal, but with no loss of life in trying to stop it. Generaly oil wells will burn out of control for months some times years causing major enviromental damage. This can cut that time down considerably which in turn would save our enviroment plus a lot of money for those owning the oil wells, In other words oil well burning could be eliminated if all oil wells to be drilled in the futur were equiped with one of these kits attached to the well before drilling starts. Also if all depot of all types of chemical were also equiped. Plus it should be law in all countries. Compared to the now existing method of extinguising blow out,the method describe hereafter will revolutionize our way of thinking about it and also our way of doing it. In other words first we should plug up the spill and than look to save the wells. This kit will be able to do this task plus even save a major portion of these wells. pg 1
