Provided is a simple kit by which carcinoma cells metastasizing from a primary cancer lesion to a lymph node, in particular, a sentinel lymph node can be conveniently and accurately detected within a short period of time. Also disclosed is a drug delivery agent whereby a drug to be used in a test or therapy can be preferentially delivered into the sentinel lymph node as described above in which an environment easily allowing the adhesion of micro cancer cells has been constructed by a primary cancer lesion and to which micro cancer cells adhere. A kit for detecting cancer cells metastasizing into a sentinel lymph node which comprises a human lymph channel-origin endothelial cell line attached to a base material. A drug delivery agent toward to sentinel lymph node wherein an antibody against an adhesive molecule, which mediates the adhesion of metastatic cancer cells from a primary cancer lesion to lymph channel endothelial cells in the sentinel lymph node, is exposed on the surface of colloidal particles.
L'invention porte sur un kit simple grâce auquel des cellules cancéreuses se métastasant à partir d'une lésion cancéreuse primaire à un ganglion lymphatique, en particulier un ganglion lymphatique sentinelle, peuvent être détectées de façon pratique et précise en une courte période de temps. L'invention porte également sur un agent de distribution de médicament grâce auquel un médicament devant être utilisé dans un test ou une thérapie peut être délivré de façon sélective dans le ganglion lymphatique sentinelle comme décrit ci-dessus, dans lequel un environnement permettant facilement l'adhésion de microcellules cancéreuses a été construit par une lésion cancéreuse primaire et auquel adhèrent des microcellules cancéreuses. L'invention concerne un kit pour détecter des cellules cancéreuses se métastasant dans un ganglion lymphatique sentinelle comprend une chaîne cellulaire endothéliale ayant pour origine un canal lymphatique humain, laquelle chaîne est attachée à un matériau de base. L'invention concerne un agent de distribution de médicament pour un ganglion lymphatique sentinelle, dans lequel un anticorps vis-à-vis d'une molécule adhésive, qui effectue une médiation de l'adhésion de cellules cancéreuses métastasiques d'une lésion cancéreuse primaire à des cellules endothéliales de canal lymphatique dans le ganglion lymphatique sentinelle, est exposé sur la surface de particules colloïdales.
