A kit which can be produced at a high yield and by which a ligand can be easily labeled and the sensitivity of a reagent can be controlled; and a process for producing the same. The kit aims at detecting and assaying a subject substance A having a divalent or higher binding property to a ligand L1 and contains a receptor I, a receptor II and a solid phase complex each as will be specified below. Receptor I: L1-B1-R1-M obtained by bonding R1-M, which is obtained by bonding a marker M to a substance R1 capable of binding to a substance B1, to L1-B1 which is obtained by bonding a ligand L1 to the substance B1. Receptor II: L2-B2-R2-B3 obtained by preliminarily bonding L2- B2, which is obtained by introducing a substance B2 having a binding property different from the subject substance A, into a ligand L2, to R2-B3 which is obtained by bonding a binding element B3 having a different binding property from B2 to a substance R2 capable of binding to the substance B2. Solid complex: R3-solid phase obtained by bonding a non-binding element R3 capable of binding to the binding element B3 to a solid phase.
L'invention porte sur un kit pouvant être produit à haut rendement et au moyen duquel un ligand peut être facilement marqué, et la sensibilité d'un réactif maîtrisée, ainsi que sur le procédé de production de ce kit. Le kit sert à détecter et doser une substance A ayant une propriété de liaison divalente ou supérieure par rapport à un ligand L1 et contient un récepteur I, un récepteur II et un complexe en phase solide, chacun étant spécifié ci-après. Le récepteur I : L1-B1-R1-M obtenu par liaison R1-M, est obtenu en liant un marqueur M à une substance R1 capable de se lier à une substance B1, L1-B1, qui est obtenu par liaison d'un ligand L1 à une substance B1. Le récepteur II : L2-B2-R2-B3 obtenu par liaison préliminaire de L2-B2, qui est obtenu en introduisant une substance B2, ayant une propriété de liaison différente de la substance A, dans un ligand L2, R2-B3 qui est obtenu en liant un élément B3 de liaison ayant une propriété de liaison différente de B2 à une substance R2 capable de se lier à la substance B2. Le complexe solide : R3-phase solide obtenu en liant un élément R3 de non liaison capable de lier l'élément B3 de liaison à une phase solide.
