Abstract of the Disclosure A biaxial two-rotor type kneader having two parallel rotor shafts, each provided with one large blade and two small blades so that the one large blade and the two small brades on one of the two parallel rotor shafts are opposed respectively to the two small blades and the one large blade on the other one of the two parallel rotor shafts. Each of the three blades (one large and two small blades) carried by each of the two parallel rotor shafts is provided with in its surface layer with a path for such thermal medium as cooling water, while the pahth has a connection with a path provided withing each of the rotor shafts.
