ABSTRACT In a kneader-mixed for performing mechanical, thermal and/or chemical processes with products in the liquid, viscous-pasty and/or free- flowing solid state, with or without the supply and removal of gases, is provided a horizontal or inclined, cylindrical or trough-shaped casing in which are fixed in axially distributed manner several disk elements and between the same kneading arms which clean the disk elements. Along a shaft , the disk elements are provided with axially projecting shaft scrapers , which in conjunction with the rotary kneading arms , function both as kneading counterelements and also for radial and axial product exchange purposes.
