A method by which a rubber composition comprising a rubber and a filler is tested for kneaded state which comprises: (1) the step of determining the complex modulus E*(a) of the composition at an arbitrary strain .epsilon.a and the complex modulus E*(b) thereof at an arbitrary strain .epsilon.b different from the strain .epsilon.a; (2) the step of calculating the filler dispersion index (N) of the composition from the complex moduli E*(a) and E*(b) obtained in the step (1); and (3) the step of comparing a predetermined target filler dispersion index (R) with the filler dispersion index (N) calculated in the step (2).
L'invention concerne une méthode de test de composition de caoutchouc comprenant un caoutchouc et une charge, à l'état malaxé, qui consiste (1) à déterminer le module complexe E*(a) de la composition selon une déformation arbitraire .epsilon.a et son module complexe E*(b) selon une déformation arbitraire .epsilon.b différente de la première, (2) à calculer l'indice de dispersion de la charge (N) de la composition à partir des modules complexes E*(a) et E*(b) obtenus dans l'étape (1), et (3) à comparer un indice de dispersion de charge cible (R) prédéterminé avec l'indice (N) calculé dans l'étape (2).
