The invention relates to a knee joint endoprosthesis system. Said system comprises a femur component (1), two sliding bearings (2) and a tibia component. The tibia component comprises two joint surface units (3) and a transversal support (4). The transversal support is implanted in the tibia (6) at a certain distance from an upper resection surface of the tibia (6) and the joint surface units (3) are supported by support elements on the transversal support (4) and are fixed thereto.
