The invention relates to a knife, particularly for cutting food such as meat or fish, comprising a blade that is disposed to be rotatable about an axis of rotation as well as a drive unit which is designed as an electric motor and is provided with a revolving rotor and a stationary stator. The rotor and the stator cooperate in order to drive the blade and impart a rotational movement on the blade during operation of the knife. According to the invention, the rotor (32) can be rotated about the axis of rotation (A), is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the blade (33), and revolves around the axis of rotation (A) along with the blade (33) during operation of the knife (1). The disclosed knife has an improved design such that the blade is easier to drive and the knife is easier to handle.

L'invention concerne un couteau à découper, servant notamment à découper des aliments tels que de la viande ou du poisson, lequel couteau présente une lame, placée de façon à pouvoir tourner autour d'un axe de rotation, et un système d'entraînement réalisé sous forme de moteur électrique, pourvu d'un rotor rotatif et d'un stator fixe, qui coopèrent pour entraîner la lame et animent la lame d'un mouvement de rotation lorsque le couteau à découper est en fonctionnement. Selon l'invention, le rotor (32) peut tourner autour de l'axe de rotation (A), est solidaire en rotation de la lame (33) et, lorsque le couteau à découper (1) est en fonctionnement, tourne autour de l'axe de rotation (A) conjointement avec la lame (33). On obtient ainsi un couteau à découper amélioré du point de vue de sa construction, l'entraînement de la lame étant simplifié et la maniabilité du couteau à découper étant améliorée.
