The invention features a textile structure with a double skin (10a, 10b) knitted in a single operation, such that the binding threads (12) constituting the structure core have an orientation adaptable at will, weftwise as well as warpwise. For this purpose, each row of binding thread (12) is alternately hooked onto each of the skins (10a, 10b) to selected stitches (14a, 14b) of a same stitch row. Moreover, two consecutive rows of binding thread (12) are hooked, on one of the skins, at a same stitch row, and, on the other skin, at non-consecutive stitch rows.
Une structure textile à double peau (10a, 10b) est tricotée en une seule opération, de façon telle que des fils de liaison (12) formant l'âme de la structure présentent une orientation adaptable à la demande, aussi bien dans le sens de chaîne que dans le sens de trame. A cet effet, chaque rang de fils de liaison (12) est accroché alternativement sur chacune des peaux (10a, 10b) à des mailles sélectionnées (14a, l4b) d'un même rang de mailles. De plus, deux rangs consécutifs de fils de liaison (12) sont accrochés, sur l'une des peaux, à un même rang de mailles et, sur l'autre peau, à des rangs de mailles non consécutifs.
