A knot pusher device for deploying a plurality of pretied knots to a surgical site is provided. In one embodiment, the knot pusher device comprises a shaft (10), an inner tubular member (80), and an inner rod (35), each having a proximal end and a distal end. The inner tubular member (80) is provided within the shaft (10) and is radially translatable with respect to the shaft (10). The inner rod (35) is provided within the inner tubular member (80) and is slidably coupled to the inner tubular member (80) and is axially translatable with respect thereto.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif poussoir de nAEud permettant de déployer une pluralité de nAEuds préalablement noués au niveau d'un site chirurgical. Selon un mode de réalisation, le dispositif poussoir de nAEud est constitué d'un tube (10), d'un élément tubulaire interne (80), et d'une tige interne (35), chaque élément présentant une extrémité proximale et une extrémité distale.
