In an aid for reinforcing intravenous lines, it is known to have a rectangular piece of double layered fabric of 50% cotton and 50% polyester with finished edges. When positioned under a person's forearm horizontally and with a wrapping action, encases the intravenous comfortably and securely in place. In this invention, strips of Velcro are sewn on the piece of fabric, evenly, lengthwise along one end of the rectangular fabric. By pulling the Velcro strips apart and reapplying them individually, this enables the invention to be fully adjustable to the shape of the forearm.
