A potent serine protease inhibitor capable of inhibiting Factor VIIa, Factor XIa, plasma kallikrein, or plasmin derived from Alzheimer's Amyloid beta-Protein Precursor Inhibitor (APPI) is provided. The inhibitor is provided in a pharmaceutical composition for treatment of diseases where inhibition of Factor VIIa, Factor XIa, plasma kallikrein, or plasmin is indicated.
On décrit un puissant inhibiteur à base de sérine protéase pouvant inhiber le facteur VIIa, le facteur XIa, la Kallikréine plasmatique ou la plasmine dérivés de l'inhibiteur du précurseur de la bêta-protéine amyloïde de la maladie d'Alzheimer.
