Docket M-232-C-1-1-1 Abstract of the Disclosure There is disclosed a printing apparatus having a housing with a housing opening. A print head and cooperable platen and an inker for the print head are disposed in the housing. A cover corers the housing opening and movably mounts the inker. The inker includes an inker body for mounting an ink roller and a spring for urging the ink roller into inking cooperation with the print head. The cover and the inker are removable as a unit.
