According to the invention, a part (1b) of a label (1), which is intended to project at a defined angle (.alpha.) from the curved surface, has a reinforcing region (3) which, at the transition between a part (1a) of the label (1), which serves for fastening purposes, and the part (1b), which is to be placed in an upright position, has peripheral curvature (5) which is configured such that, during or following the operation of fitting the label (1) on an intended article (6), it causes the part (1b) which is to be placed in an upright position to be fixed at the defined angle (.alpha.).

La présente invention concerne une étiquette (1) pourvue d'une partie (1b) devant être relevée selon un angle défini (.alpha.) par rapport à une surface curviligne. Selon l'invention, ladite partie (1b) comporte une zone de renforcement (3) présentant une courbure de bord (5) située à la jonction entre une partie (1a) servant à la fixation de l'étiquette (1) et la partie à relever (1b), laquelle courbure est conçue de manière à ce que, pendant et/ou après l'apposition de l'étiquette (1) sur un objet (6) déterminé, elle occasionne une fixation de la partie à relever (1b) selon l'angle défini (.alpha.).
