[PROBLEMS] To provide a labeling substance capable of reversible immobilization (reversible adsorption/desorption) on a solid-phase surface and to identify securely with high precision any target biosubstance capable of interaction with a probe substance linked to the labeling substance. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] There is provided labeling substance (L) comprising as constituent materials (1) organic compound (S) having a chemical structure capable of binding to probe substance (P) capable of interaction with biosubstance (B) and (2) peptide linked to the organic compound (S) which antibody (A) specifically recognizes. Further, there is provided a chimera substance composed at least of a peptide and probe substance (P) other than peptides and proteins. Still further, there is provided a process for preparing the labeling substance (L), and provided a method of biosubstance trapping, structural analysis or/and identification with the use of the labeling substance (L).

Le but de l'invention est de produire une substance de marquage capable d'immobilisation réversible (adsorption/désorption réversibles) sur une surface en phase solide et d'identifier de manière sûre et précise toute biosubstance cible pouvant interagir avec une substance de sonde liée à la substance de marquage. L'invention concerne une substance de marquage (L) comprenant les matières constituantes suivantes : (1) un composé organique (S) possédant une structure chimique pouvant se lier à la substance de sonde (P), laquelle peut interagir avec la biosubstance (B) et (2) un peptide lié au composé organique (S) que l'anticorps reconnaît spécifiquement. L'invention se rapporte également à une substance chimère se composant d'au moins un peptide et d'une substance de sonde (P) autre que des peptides et des protéines. L'invention porte encore sur un procédé de préparation de la substance de marquage (L), et sur un procédé de piégeage de biosubstance, d'analyse structurelle et/ou d'identification à l'aide de la substance de marquage (L) de l'invention.
