LACROSSE STICK ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A lacrosse stick is described comprising a head which includes a retainer means having one or more prongs extending longitudinally from the head for attaching the head to a handle and a handle having one or more slots for receiving the retainer means whereby the retainer means connectively engages the slots to attach the head to the handle. Additional embodiments for attaching a head to handle are also disclosed. A double-wall synthetic lacrosse stick including tab means for attachment or formation of the web on the head of the lacrosse stick is described. The tab means include a slot for snapping a string of the web into place. The slot is constructed and arranged to hold the web securely.
