It is intended to provide a lactic acid bacterium selected from the group consisting of Lactobacillus ONRIC b0239 (FERM BP-10064) and Lactobacillus ONRIC b0240 (FERM BP-10065); and a composition (in particular, a composition in the form of a food, a drink or a drug) containing the lactic acid bacterium and having a mucosal immunopotentiation effect. The above-described lactic acid bacterium and the composition containing the same can exert an excellent mucosal immunopotentiation effect and, therefore, are useful in strengthening the biological defense system.
La présente invention concerne un ferment lactique sélectionné dans le groupe constitué de Lactobacillus ONRIC b0239 (FERM BP-10064) et de Lactobacillus ONRIC b0240 (FERM BP-10065). L'invention concerne plus particulièrement une composition, essentiellement sous forme d'aliment, de boisson ou de médicament, à base de ferment lactique et capable d'immunopentialisation des muqueuses. Ce ferment lactique, et la composition à base de ce ferment lactique, présentent un excellent pouvoir d'immunopentialisation des muqueuses faisant qu'ils conviennent particulièrement au renforcement du système de défense biologique.
