It is intended to provide novel medicinal compositions for eliminating pain and anxiety. Namely, medicinal compositions containing lactoferrin as the active ingredient. These compositions are useful in treating at least one disease or condition selected from among the group consisting of pains including pain at the first phase and pain at the second phase, anxiety and stress. In particular, these compositions are useful in relieving or eliminating pain and anxiety which seriously worsen the quality of life of terminal cancer patients. These compositions are also useful in treating pains including pain in the first phase and pain in the second phase and inflammation accompanying arthritis or diseases at bones/joints (for example, rheumatoid arthritis, arthritis deformans, stiff shoulder due to age, traumas caused by exercises such as tennis elbow syndrome and baseball shoulder, low back pain).
L'invention concerne de nouvelles compositions médicinales permettant de supprimer la douleur et l'anxiété. Ces compositions médicinales comprennent essentiellement une lactoferrine comme ingrédient actif. Elles sont utilisées pour traiter au moins une maladie ou un trouble sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par les douleurs comprenant une douleur de première phase et une douleur de seconde phase, l'anxiété et le stress. Ces compositions sont notamment utilisées pour soulager ou supprimer une douleur ou l'anxiété qui peut sérieusement détériorer la qualité de vie de patients souffrant d'un cancer en phase terminale. Elles sont également utilisées pour traiter des douleurs dans une première phase et dans une seconde phase et une inflammation associée à l'arthrite ou aux maladies des os/articulations (par exemple, l'arthrose rhumatoïde, l'arthrite déformante, la raideur de l'épaule due à l'âge et les traumatismes provoqués par des exercices tels que le syndrome de l'épicondylite latérale, l'inflammation de l'épaule due au basket-ball et la lombalgie).
