Abstract of the Disclosure Disclosed is a laminate excellent in the surface gloss and scratch resistance, which comprises a thermoplastic elastomer layer composed maily of a composition comprising a polyolefin and an olefinic copolymer elastomer, at least one of which is partially crosslinked, and a layer of a partially neutralized ionomer resin or 1-olefin/(meth)acrylic acid copolymer resin having a free carboxyl group, both the layers being tightly bonded to each other.
