A shapeable laminate comprises a metal foil layer, an adhesive coated on at least one side of the metal foil layer, and means for providing shapability to the metal foil layer; the means comprising a plurality of indentations or perforations in that metal foil layer. The metal foil layer can include heat-radiating means thereon, which can comprise a black surface on at least a part of at least one side of the foil layer. Optionally, the adhesive may be coated on opposite sides of the foil layer.
