Provided is a laminate of a phenolic resin foam which is reduced in oozing of the phenolic resin to the outside surface and in discoloration-induced spots on the laminate and is excellent in product quality and adhesion strength of the face material; a process for producing the laminate; and a construction method of the laminate. The present invention relates to a laminate comprising a phenolic resin foam and a nonwoven fabric of synthetic fibers bonded to one or both sides of the phenolic resin foam without using an adhesive layer. As the nonwoven fabric, that having a fiber fineness of 3 deniers or finer and a basis weight of 15 g/m2 or greater is employed.
L'invention concerne un stratifié en mousse de résine phénolique ayant l'avantage de présenter moins de suintement et de taches émanant de la résine phénolique, avec une excellente qualité du produit et une excellente force d'adhésion du matériau en revêtement. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication de ce stratifié, ainsi qu'un procédé d'utilisation dudit stratifié. Le stratifié comprend une mousse de résine phénolique et un tissu non tissé de fibres synthétiques liées sur un côté ou les deux côtés de la mousse sans utiliser de couche adhésive, le tissu non tissé ayant une finesse de fibres égale ou inférieure à 3 deniers et un poids de base égal ou supérieur à 15 g/m<2>.
