Disclosed is a laminated bottle formed of at least two layers including an inner layer which is made of a flexible resin and may be peeled away from an outer resin layer to form an inner bag so that a content of the bottle may be discharged without adversely effecting the whole bottle. The bottle has a bonding band extending from a mouth to a bottom to partially bond the inner and outer layers; parts of the inner layer are bonded together at a rib in the bottom to form a slit between the inner and outer layers through which air may flow; and a lock portion is provided in the bottom for retaining the inner and outer layers together.
