A process to form laminated cookware vessels starts with individual metal sheets, which are first formed into individual fluid containing vessels. The fluid containing vessels are nested together and bonded in a multi-step process that deploys laser welding to form the vessels rim. The process provides great flexibility in combining different materials and varying the laminated construction of the bottom as compared to the surrounding sidewall of the cookware vessel.
L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de réalisation de récipients de cuisine stratifiés à partir de feuilles métalliques individuelles, lesdites feuilles métalliques étant initialement réalisées dans des récipients renfermant un fluide individuels. Les récipients renfermant un fluide sont emboîtés et assemblés au cours d'un procédé par soudage au laser en plusieurs étapes qui permet de réaliser la bordure des récipients. Le procédé permet une grande souplesse dans la mesure où il permet de combiner différents matériaux et de modifier l'assemblage stratifié du fond en comparaison à la paroi entourant le récipient de cuisine.
