ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An improved fibreglass wood veneer panel for use in the production of fibreglass-wood composite and fibreglass-foam composite sports stick handles. The panel comprises a pair of adjacent layers of wood which are bonded together by a coating of adhesive which is non-permeable to epoxy resin, and a layer of fibreglass and epoxy resin on the outer surface of one of the layers of wood.
