The instant invention is directed to a laminate ( 18) comprising a core layer (24) comprising an oxygen barrier polymer, a heat sealable layer (28) comprising a homogeneous ethylene alpha-olefin copolymer, an outer abuse-resistant polymeric layer (20); and an intermediate layer (22, 26) disposed between the core layer and each of the heat sealable layer and the outer layer, and comprising a polymeric adhesive. In another aspect of the present invention, a package comprises a food product, a pouch containing the food product, the pouch having a longitudinal seal, and the pouch constructed from a laminate comprising a cone layer comprising an oxygen barrier polymer, a heat sealable layer comprising a homogeneous ethylene alpha-olefin copolymer, an outer abuse-resistant polymeric layer, and an intermediate layer disposed between the core layer and each of the heat sealable layer, and the outer layer, and comprising a polymeric adhesive.
La présente invention concerne un laminé (18) fait d'une couche sandwich (24) constituée d'un polymère à effet de barrière contre l'oxygène, d'une couche thermoscellable (28) constituée d'un copolymère homogène d'éthylène alpha-oléfine, d'une couche externe de polymère résistante (20), une couche intermédiaire (22, 26) étant disposée entre d'une part la couche sandwich et d'autre part, respectivement, chacune des couches thermoscellables et la couche extérieure, cette couche intermédiaire étant constituée d'un polymère adhésif. Selon une autre réalisation de l'invention, un conditionnement renferme un produit alimentaire, un sachet contenant le produit alimentaire, ledit sachet étant scellé dans le sens de la longueur et étant construit dans un laminé fait d'une couche sandwich constituée d'un polymère à effet de barrière contre l'oxygène, d'une couche thermoscellable constituée d'un copolymère homogène d'éthylène alpha-oléfine, d'une couche externe de polymère résistante, une couche intermédiaire étant disposée entre d'une part la couche sandwich et d'autre part, respectivement, chacune des couches thermoscellables et la couche extérieure, cette couche intermédiaire étant constituée d'un polymère adhésif.
