Abstract A lamp holder for a low-voltage lamp having an insulating cap (1) and two connection terminals (2) is rotatable about an axis of rotation (10), which is formed by conductor receiving bores (3) aligned with one another in the connection terminals (2). Preferably, there is provided at the two connection terminals (2) a second cap (21), which is arranged opposite to the first cap (1) with respect to the axis of rotation (10). (Fig. 3)
