A method of manufacturing lamps on sheets comprises pressing a continuous upper strip, an intermediate conductor assembly, and a continuous lower strip into a continuous strip assembly having a plurality of holes therealong; mounting a light source assembly on the strip assembly to form a continuous strip of lamps; and cutting the continuous strip of lamps into a plurality of sheets each having at least one lamp with a predetermined length of strip wherein the conductor assembly is secured in the strip assembly.
Méthode de fabrication de lampes sur des tôles consistant à exercer une pression sur une bande supérieure continue, un ensemble conducteur intermédiaire et une bande inférieure continue, afin de formée une bande continue munie d'une série de trous le long de ladite bande, à monter une source lumineuse sur la bande afin de former une bande continue de lampes, et à couper la bande continue en une série de tôles, chacune comportant au moins une lampe avec une longueur de bande prédétermine où le conducteur est fixé sur la bande.
