The invention relates to a lancet device (1) for making a puncture wound, comprising: a magazine holder (8) for a lancet magazine (2) containing a number of lancets (3); a lancet drive (9) with a drive spring (15), a tensioning device (16, 17) for tensioning the drive spring (15) and with a push rod (13), which can be coupled to a lancet (3) located inside the lancet magazine (2) and which, together with a lancet (3) coupled thereto, can be displaced with a puncturing and return motion while traveling at a high velocity by means of the lancet drive in order to make a puncture wound, and; a magazine advance (14) with which the lancet magazine (2) can be advanced whereby enabling the lancets (3) stored therein to be coupled to the push rod (13) in succession. The invention provides that the lancet drive is mechanically decoupled from the magazine advance, and the lancet device (1) has an actuating element (25) with which the magazine advance (14) can be actuated independent of the lancet drive, particularly independent of the tensioning device (16, 17).
La présente invention concerne un dispositif à lancettes (1) qui sert à produire une incision, et comprend: un système de réception de magasin (8) destiné à un magasin à lancettes (2) comprenant plusieurs lancettes (3); un entraînement de lancette (9) comprenant un ressort d'entraînement (15), un système de serrage (16, 17) destiné à enserrer le ressort d'entraînement (15) et une tige de poussée (13) qui peut être couplée à une lancette (3) disposée dans le magasin à lancettes (2), et qui peut être mise en mouvement au moyen de l'entraînement de lancette, conjointement avec une lancette (3) à laquelle elle est couplée, selon un mouvement de piqûre-retrait; et un système d'avancement de magasin (14) qui permet l'avancement du magasin à lancettes (2) de sorte que les lancettes (3) qu'il contient, peuvent être successivement couplées à la tige de poussée (13). Selon l'invention, l'entraînement de lancette est découplée mécaniquement du système d'avancement de magasin, et le dispositif à lancettes (1) présente un élément d'actionnement (25) qui permet l'actionnement du système d'avancement de magasin (14) indépendamment de l'entraînement de lancette, en particulier indépendamment du système de serrage (16, 17).
