Ce phosphate de LaCeTb est un solide comprenant des cristallites sous forme d'aiguille et présentant des coordonnées chromatiques remarquables après calcination à 900°C, caractéristiques d'un blanc pur. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de ces composés par précipitation des phosphates à partir d/une suspension d'oxalates de terres rares.
