Large circular (LC)-sense molecules in an array is disclosed. The LC-sense molecules array is combined with cDNA hybridization to detect differences in expression profile between different cells. LC-sense molecules were purified from nonredundant clones with recombinant phagemid and arrayed onto silanized slide glasses. By hybridization of LC-sense array with Cy3 or Cy5-labelled cDNA preparations at 60 ~C , 29 up-regulated and 6 down-regulated genes in cancerous liver tissue were detected.

Cette invention concerne de grandes molécules sens circulaires disposées dans un réseau. Ce réseau de grandes molécules sens circulaires est combiné à une hybridation d'ADNc pour que les différences dans le profil d'expression entre différentes cellules soient détectées. Les grandes molécules sens circulaires ont été purifiées de clones non redondants à l'aide de phagémide de recombinaison et disposées en réseau sur des lamelles de verre silanisées. L'hybridation du réseau de grandes molécules sens circulaires à l'aide de préparations d'ADNc marquées Cy3 ou Cy5 à 60 ·C a permis de détecter 29 gènes régulés positivement et 6 gènes régulés négativement dans des tissus hépatiques cancéreux.
